This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

Due to the nature of travel and tourism services, all bookings are subject to specific cancellation and refund conditions. Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Time of cancellation
  • Supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator) policies

By making a booking, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

  1. Cancellation by Customer

3.1 Cancellation Request

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.
  • The date we receive the cancellation request will determine applicable charges.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Visa processing fees
  • Government fees and taxes
  • Airline tickets marked as non-refundable
  • Promotional or discounted packages
  • No-show bookings
  1. Cancellation or Changes by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel or amend services due to:

  • Force majeure events
  • Safety concerns
  • Supplier failure
  • Insufficient participants

In such cases:

  • A refund or alternative service will be offered, subject to supplier terms.
  • We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by the customer.
  1. Visa Services Refund Policy
  • Visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection.
  • We do not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions rest with relevant authorities.
  1. Returns Policy (Digital & Service-Based)

As our services are intangible and time-sensitive, physical returns do not apply.
Returns are limited to cancellation and refund requests as outlined in this policy.

  1. Refund Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
  • Bank charges and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
  1. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund has been processed incorrectly:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the refund.
  • We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
  1. Fraud & Chargebacks
  • Any fraudulent chargeback without prior communication may result in service suspension.
  • We reserve the right to provide booking records to banks or payment gateways for dispute resolution.
