  1. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete
  1. Bookings & Confirmation
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment (as specified) and written confirmation from us via email or message.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
  1. Prices & Payments
  • All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change due to fuel surcharges, taxes, exchange rates, or supplier price changes.
  • Payments must be made within the specified time to confirm bookings.
  • We are not responsible for additional charges imposed by banks or payment gateways.
  1. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

6.1 By the Customer

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
  • Cancellation charges depend on:
    • Time of cancellation
    • Type of service booked
    • Supplier policies

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation fees and non-refundable charges.

6.2 By the Company

We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings due to:

  • Force majeure events
  • Insufficient participants
  • Supplier failure
  • Safety or legal concerns

In such cases, refunds will be processed according to supplier policies.

  1. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on time or participate in booked services (“no-show”) will result in no refund, unless stated otherwise.

  1. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, health documents, and travel insurance.
  • We are not liable for denial of boarding, entry, or exit due to improper documentation.
  • Visa assistance, if provided, does not guarantee visa approval.
  1. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Trip cancellations
  • Loss of baggage
  • Personal accidents
  1. Changes to Itineraries
  • Tour itineraries may change due to weather, safety, operational, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives where possible.

  • We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators).
  • We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, or defaults of third-party suppliers.
  • We are not liable for loss, injury, damage, accident, or expense caused by circumstances beyond our control.

We shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  1. Customer Conduct

Customers must:

  • Respect local laws, customs, and regulations
  • Follow instructions given by guides or service providers
  • Behave responsibly and not endanger others

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund in cases of misconduct.
